Helpful Details
When possible, include your macOS version, Inkstone version, whether you installed from the Mac App Store or direct download, and a short description of what happened. Screenshots or logs are optional and should only be sent if you are comfortable sharing them.
Purchases
Mac App Store subscriptions, cancellations, refunds, Apple offer codes, and payment details are managed by Apple. Direct license-code issues are handled by Inkstone support.
Local Documents
Inkstone is designed to keep Markdown documents and workspace files local to your Mac. Support requests should not include private document contents unless you choose to share a minimal example needed to investigate an issue.
